OUR 8 STAGE RECRUITING PROCESS

Stage 1 – Gathering and analysing the needs of employer

Stage 2 – Talent Acquisition and Job Posting on multiple platforms

Stage 3 – First round of shortlisting based on skills, talents and experience

Stage 4 – Initial Contact and Interview with HR manager

Stage 5 – Multistage Intensive Testing for the potential employees

Stage 6 – Personality Profiling

Stage 7 – Reference and Health Checks

Stage 8 – Client Introduction / Selection and Placement

Each candidate must successfully make it through the current stage to progress to the next stage of training for just 7 Days.

WORKING HOURS

Staff are employed either full-time for a regular 40-hour per week or part-time for a regular 20-hour per week.

As standard, staff full time working hours will be:

 

10.30am – 7.30pm AEST OR 11.30am – 8.30pm AEST

WHAT IF WE DONT GET ALONG?

You will interview the staff before they do their 7 Days training and 1 month embed – we only proceed once you have already met them and approved us to proceed.

IS THIS COMPLIANT WITH MY AGGREGATORS TERMS OF SERVICE?

Short answer is yes. We have two solutions, both are run from a secure office location.  The most common solution is a highly secure laptop setup to work remotely (like the rest of your team but more securely as you’ll be having the full control on the working of any employee), the other option is a Team Viewer session on a dedicated computer supplied by you – for very restrictive aggregators (rare).

Staff are supplied laptops with google accounts that contain all the relevant passwords supplied by you, but not accessible to them, once setup by our onboarding team the laptop is then locked down (using Lock PW) and they can login to everything they need to without actually knowing any passwords of yours.

If you have any doubts we can meet with you and your aggregators compliance team to check off compliance, and help you get back to bringing in the business!
